Victory Christian Center, Coitsville Campus, is currently accepting applications for a Quest Team Leader whose primary role will be to oversee all aspects of the bookstore and café at the Coitsville Campus.    

Some responsibilities include:

·         Oversee the appearance and environment of Quest 

·         Identify and develop volunteers to assist in Quest

·         Manage, maintain and account for bookstore inventory and café supplies

·         Comply with accounting procedures for purchase orders and check requests

·         Schedule or staff the hours of the bookstore and café with employees and volunteers for service times,
conferences and ministry needs working with the church calendar and leadership approval

·         Copy and distribute service product as needed

·         Actively engage in worship services always displaying Christ like behavior that can be modeled

·         Participate in staff and leadership meetings as required


·         A person with ministry and leadership experience

·         Good communication skills (verbal and written)

·         Ability to build teams

·         A person with a high level of customer service

·         Experience working in a service or retail environment
